VIVALDI Nisi Dominus RV 608; Stabat Mater RV 621 A ravishingly beautiful CD, one to be enjoyed perhaps alongside the Stabat Maters of Pergolesi and A Scarlatti from the same company [http://www.musicalpointers.co.uk/reviews/cddvd/LentenNaive.html] The two expert singers share the Crucifixus duet from the Credo (RV 592) and this period music ensemble, new to me, is a delight in their authentic timbre and springing rhythms.
