Anders Koppel Concertos [2] Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola, Clarinet, Bassoon and Orchestra
Dacapo: 8226052 A prolific, eclectic composer, Koppel's second CD of concertos is mostly rather facile music with not enough individuality to hold attention. The best here is the earliest, an effective Sinfonia Concertante which would make a good partner for the Mozart in a college concert, or for an amateur orchestra which wants to showcase its principals?
